Hi Team,
I started the service and I am newbie regarding all these IT automation stuff. I would like to use the service to acquire knowledge and I would like to use it for testing purposes and training.
Can you clarify me some questions? The term droplet is not clear enough for me.

Should I pay for each droplet? It means if I configure 3 droplets, selecting the service $10/monthly, will I pay by the end of the month $30?

Can I resize the droplets?

Will I pay for droplets which are powered off?
