These days my digital ocean droplet is sending data at the speed of 20kb/s to the client. Earlier it was around 10mb/s, please help solve this issue.

We would need additional information in order to provide assistance. As already mentioned there were some minor network issues (LON1) and object storage slowness or timeouts (SGP1 and SFO3) that can explain the situation you’ve experienced.

I’ve checked the DigitalOcean status page:
https://status.digitalocean.com/
I can see that for Networking in the SFO/1/2/3 there is a Degraded Performance. If your Droplet is in that region, I’ll recommend you to track the Statuch page until it says it has been resolved.
If it’s not part of that region, in that case, I’ll recommend you report it at
