I had the same problem on my.cnf and before I read the answer, autoremoved and installed drush. When I used it I got another error, but I just corrected the mycnf. And I still got that error. I tried re-install and upgraded Drupal and it is still there.
Can anyone tell me what this means
PHP Fatal error: Class ‘Drupal\Core\Session\AccountInterface’ not found in /var/www/html/drupal/core/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 62 Drush command terminated abnormally due to an unrecoverable error. [error] Error: Class ‘Drupal\Core\Session\AccountInterface’ not found in /var/www/html/drupal/core/includes/bootstrap.inc, line 62
Line 62 does have the statement.

You need to update your version of drush - known problem if you use a version previous to 8 (drush --version to see what version you’re using). That said, still trying lots of ways to get it updated; a lot of the directions online don’t appear to work :-)
It sounds like you may just need to clear your sessions table. Hopefully just a quick fix and you can continue on with what you’re working on.
