I have been using gmail for my support email for my wordpress websites. I can no longer do this. When someone sends me a support ticket it says that the message has been sent but I never receive it.
Is there a way I can set things up so that the support tickets can be sent from name@domain.com?
Thanks, Diane

Hi @dianetemple824,
You can configure this by using a plugin in WordPress called Easy-SMTP or any other plugin that includes SMTP actually. As for the mail provider, it’s always best to use third mail providers that you can hook our E-mails to. This way your Droplet’s IP address won’t get blocked by any of the major providers such as Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, and so on.
As for the exact third party e-mail provider, I’ll recommend just searching in Google and deciding on which one to use. There are thousands you can use which are very reliable.
