I have created a user ‘ubuntu’. I am trying to send the mail from postfix using echo “This is a test message” | mail -s ‘Test email subject line’ -r ubuntu@myrhythmhouse.com ajay@cipher-tech.com
When I check sudo tail -200 /var/log/mail.log
The email is rejected by the receiver with the following message. I have tried almos everything.
Jan 27 06:02:39 myrhythmhouse postfix/smtp[3488]: D426BFCF4A: to=ajay@cipher-tech.com, relay=cipher-tech.com[198.1.82.93]:25, delay=42, delays=0.01/0.03/22/20, dsn=5.0.0, status=bounced (host cipher-tech.com[198.1.82.93] said: 550-Verification failed for ubuntu@myrhythmhouse.com 550-No Such User Here 550 Sender verify failed (in reply to RCPT TO command))
Please let me know the solution to the problem.
