Hi there @azadavsar,

I believe that you have to set up a default website for your IP address. To do that follow the steps here:

  • Login to the Plesk control panel
  • Go to Tools & Utilities
  • Hit the icon for IP Addresses
  • Click on your IP address
  • Select your domain from the Default Domain dropdown list
  • Finally click the OK button to save your change

Another approach that I could suggest is to use a domain name to access your site directly rather than using the IP address. If you do not have an available domain I could suggest getting a free domain from Freenom and then pointing it to your Droplet.

Bobby

  • Thank you for your answer but still not working. I cant access 178.62.212.15 and http://avsarrr.com

    /etc/apache2/sites-enabled ls
    avsarrr.com.conf

    nano /etc/apache2/sites-available/avsarrr.com.conf

    <VirtualHost *80>
    ServerAdmin azadavsar@***.com
    ServerName avsarrr.com
    DocumentRoot /var/www/avsarrr.com
    ErrorLog ${APACHELOGDIR}/error.log
    CustomLog ${APACHELOGDIR}/accsess.log combined
    </VirtualHost>

    nano /etc/hosts // it is looking good

    127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4 ::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
    178.62.212.15 avsarrr.com

    and I give all permission to www/var/avsarrr.com
    and I have index.html in this folder .

    ngx service is stoping and apache2 server is active.

    my UFW status like this:

    To Action From

    22/tcp (OpenSSH) ALLOW IN Anywhere
    3389 ALLOW IN Anywhere
    80/tcp (Apache) ALLOW IN Anywhere
    8443 ALLOW IN Anywhere

    • Hello,

      To me it looks like that your Apache service might not be running or not listening on port 80.

      You can check that with the following command:

      netstat -plant | grep 80

      If you don’t see the Apache service listening on port 80, then you should try and start it:

      systemctl start apache2

      Let me know how it goes.
      Regards,
      Bobby

        • Hello,

          It looks like that your Apache service is listening on port 7080 and your Plesk service is also accessible on that port:

          http://178.62.212.15:7080/

          If you want to access your site without adding the 7080 port, you need to change the Apache listen port to 80 rather than 7080.

          Regards,
          Bobby
