Try something like this instead:
* * * * * /usr/bin/wget --spider -O - https://mydomain/app/index.php/cron/delete_history >/dev/null 2>&1
First run “which wget” and make sure that /usr/bin/wget is the right path. If it isn’t, change that line to reflect the location it tells you.
