Have you actually installed ffmpeg on your droplet? If you haven’t, you’ll need to do so on the droplet. To install FFMPEG on Ubuntu 20.04 you can use the following steps:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install ffmpeg
Once it finishes, try and type in
ffmpeg -version
to make sure it’s working.
