Hi there
Hello, im trying to link my domains but error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN shows up. I contacted my domain provider and they sent me two screen shots and said that there is an error in the mx record and www a record and tha I should contact my hostprovider (digitalocean) and like link it to it? thats what I understood. Hope you could help me, below are the two screenshots sent by the domain providers, best regards and thank you in advance!

Debes escalarlo a tu proveedor de hospedaje, porque la primera imagen muestra que el dominio apunta a donde especificaste, pero el servidor no lo resuelve.

I ran into the same on my subdomains app.<domain name>
I used the following link to flush DNS cache https://dnschecker.org/flush-dns.php#chrome
Then adjusted the A, CNAME TTL to the defaults on digitalocean , I hope it will solve my issue… I still have no definitive answer regarding that.

It looks like you do not have a DNS record for your www version.
You need to login to your DigitalOcean Control Panel and then click the Networking in the main menu, then click on the domain you would like to manage. After that add a new CNAME record for your www to point to your domain name.
