I contacted my domain provider and they sent me two screen shots and said that there is an error in the mx record and www a record and tha I should contact my hostprovider (digitalocean) and like link it to it? thats what I understood. Hope you could help me, below are the two screenshots sent by the domain providers, best regards and thank you in advance!

Hi there @redmujeresservidor,

It looks like you do not have a DNS record for your www version.

You need to login to your DigitalOcean Control Panel and then click the Networking in the main menu, then click on the domain you would like to manage. After that add a new CNAME record for your www to point to your domain name.

For more information on how to manage your DNS records you could take a look at the official documentation here:

https://www.digitalocean.com/docs/networking/dns/how-to/manage-records/

Hope that this helps!
Regards,
Bobby

I ran into the same on my subdomains app.<domain name>

I used the following link to flush DNS cache https://dnschecker.org/flush-dns.php#chrome

Then adjusted the A, CNAME TTL to the defaults on digitalocean , I hope it will solve my issue.. I still have no definitive answer regarding that.
