After resetting password at Access > Reset root password, I can’t seems to enter my VPS. this error pops: Error: Received exit code 1 while establishing SFTP session

Hi there,
It sounds like that you might have to enable password authentication for your SSH service.
To do so, first, access your server via the DigitalOcean Web Console. Then edit the /etc/ssh/sshd_config using your preferred text editor, like nano or vim. Find the line that reads PasswordAuthentication noline and change it toPasswordAuthentication yes`, then save and exit the file. Finally restart the SSH service:
systemctl restart ssh
