error while creating ticket CANNOT_EXECUTE_FLOW_TRIGGER

When I try to create ticket, an error shown:

anyway, I tried to ask a question same issue but I can not see it! I tried to create new one again with details but it’s deleted by administrator (says spam or something)…

I’ve been facing serious issues and can not get in touch with DO community!

is there anybody hear me???

That’s not a great situation to be in. I’ve escalated this internally and our team are looking into this to ensure you can create tickets without error.

The team should have reached out to you as part of the investigation into this and should be able to help you going forward!
