Hi to all, I don’t know what happen with my laptop (HP Pavilion 14-bk002na Laptop). The problem is when opening up Microsoft Excel 2016 I am receiving an error before Excel will open. The error message: Excel Error 502 I am hoping someone in this community could provide me with some answers. Thanks very much in advance for all your help.

The 502 error message can appear during program installation, while a Apache-related software program is running, during Windows startup or shutdown, or even during the installation of the Windows operating system. Microsoft is constantly updating and improving Windows system files that could be associated with Error 502. Sometimes resolving your Runtime Errors problems may be as simple as updating Windows with the latest Service Pack or other patch that Microsoft releases on an ongoing basis. The one thing I would suggest is Uninstalling and Reinstalling Excel. There are a number of reasons why this 502 error pops up. I can go into detail but mostly its due to either a corrupt file and/or a malicious program and/or file removed it. So simple fix would be the stated above. Hope this helps!!
