I am experiencing extremely slow VPN connection. I have had VPN service for atleast a month and the speed never exceeds 3 mbps. Any help with this is appreciated.

The speed of your connection will largely depend on the latency between you and the droplet. What are your ping times between the droplet and your location?
Also are you using the geographically closest location that provides the best ping times?
We currently have facilities in NYC, San Francisco, London, Singapore, and Amsterdam.
