I followed the following tutorial. https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-configure-a-mail-server-using-postfix-dovecot-mysql-and-spamassassin
I was originally able to log into my account with Outlook on my phone, but I was unable to log into my account through any other form of client (I could get Outlook on my Desktop to connect, but it was unable to send mail, so I could not link the account).
Recently, I noticed I stopped receiving emails. I normally get at least one email every day, and I have received nothing for a few weeks. I forgot my password, and I reset it. However, I am unable to reconnect to the server. I would like to try to fix my server so I can connect to it with any form of IMAP connection. Based on the tutorial I followed, please let me know what documentation I should provide so we can work out what’s set up incorrectly on my server. Thank you.

The first thing I would recommend to start troubleshooting this issue would be to review your droplet’s mail logs. I would start with /var/log/mail.log and also check any other log files in /var/log/ related to the components you’re running. If you identify an error there for your connection attempts, share it here and we can help with the next steps.
