Failed to process Credit Card

We bought service on Oct, 2014. The auto-pay on 1 Nov, 2014 and 1 Dec, 2014 are fine.
However, it cannot be paid on 1 Jan, 2015. Will the auto-pay become expired for 3 month?

Same things is happening for a long time for us, every month I have to replace the card to make payment.

This happens from time to time from what I’ve experienced in the past 2-3 years (going on 3 - can’t believe it’s been that long!). Check your Credit/Debit card, make sure it’s valid and then try to add it again through the DO CP.

Most of the declines I’ve experienced are due to the CCV being incorrect for the card I had on file.

Same thing for me. Each month I have to delete my card and re-add it with the exact same information. It’s really irritating.

I have the same issue. I’ve also tried via Paypal and it does'nt work neither while I’ve just paid three other services using the same card !

MasterCard is not working, PayPal with infinite progress not working too. But on Amazon AWS all works fine…
