I have a web app that I had planned on selling via AWS and Azure but their requirements are aimed at much larger businesses which I cannot meet at this time. DigitalOcean seems like it might a good alternative but I am struggling to learn much detail about how feasible it would be for my situation.
I need buyers to be able to integrate my 1-click app into their internal networks by VPN, not Internet access. The VPN cannot terminate on the droplet. Based on this constraint is there a way to accomodate it using DigitalOcean products or services?

DigitalOcean offers a feature called Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) that allows you to create secure, private networks within your account. This ensures that your resources are isolated from the public internet and other users.
For VPN connectivity, you can deploy a VPN server in your VPC using a marketplace app or manually set up OpenVPN or another VPN solution. However, please note that our VPC and Droplet features don’t support VPN termination natively.
