[Feature Request] Sound alert when support ticket is responded to.

Hi Digital Ocean,

I think it would be beneficial for all parties involved if a sound alert was activated when a ticket receives a response from your support team.

The faster we can respond, the happier we are and the faster tickets close for Digital Ocean!

Just a thought!

Thanks for the suggestion. I recommend adding it to our uservoice site. The suggestions in uservoice are a primary source for new product development within DO.
