What is the reason for this report?

Feeling so stressfull / so worst latency and time out

Hi sir,

I am feeling so blue with this condition i have put my trust on Digital Ocean

i have 3 droplet in my business i spend mostly 200-300 usd a month of your service but this month server peforamance is so terible feels like to closed my business then get a shame of my web so hard to access i also put load balancer then its not help much latency still losss 25-50 % sometimes 75% loss

how could i escape from complaining from al ot of my client its been 3 days ticket but no one is answering

please seriuosly take act of thesse ip issues : 139.59.194.180 134.209.111.250 159.65.11.9
