Files in home/{user} directory are not showing

Posted on May 13, 2016

I don’t know what happened. I was setting up Laravel and it still works and it even shows the folders that are there and the laravel app is still running, but when I tried to ssh again to my droplet (ubuntu) im in the ~ directory which is home/{username}/ it just shows the .composer folder and the .cache. You can see the server running Laravel here http://146.185.159.111/event/public/

Any ideas?

Hello,

Did you happen to log in with a different user than before or that Laravel uses? When running the command pwd does it show the same directory as Laravel is using for the application?

Since the application was still running (it is no longer) it is more likely a mistake on SSH than the files missing.
