ForkLift looks pretty cool. I had never heard of it before today. Given that I’ve not yet used it, I’m not sure I could give a step by step. However, I found a section in their documents that may make this easier:

If you scroll down just a bit there’s a screenshot showing a sample of SFTP connection. You could do something like this:
Protocol: SFTP Server: {your droplet IP} Username: root Password: {your root password} Path: /
That should get your foot in the door :)
