Hey! I would like to se a guide on DrFTPD or GLFTPD is that something that could be made?

What are the advantages of these ftp servers over vsftpd or ProFTPD?

I don't recommend using FTP -- you should use SFTP instead.

Those 2 ftp server can announce to irc channels :) and when something is uploaded complete :)

Is announcing to an IRC channel something you're willing to sacrifice security for? As Kamal suggested, never, ever, ever use plain 'ole FTP (unless you're itching for trouble). SFTP is the way to go.
