I don’t know if this is default on VPS of DO. But i never used it and see when i reboot my VPS it take LONG time at this point
Generating /etc/rndc.key
Can i stop this service safe ? Or is it needed for something?

This is a by product of setting up BIND DNS. If you generate the key manually, it should resolve this. Run: <br> <br>rndc-confgen -a -r /dev/urandom
