Getting 403 Forbidden from Spaces when using CURL from droplet

Posted on May 25, 2020

I’m downloading images from my spaces using CURL on a droplet. It was working for awhile but now I’m getting a 403 Forbidden response. I’ve tried setting the CORS policy to * and headers to *, but it doesn’t seem to work. It’s like spaces has IP blocked my server. Is there a whitelist somewhere I’m not seeing? What should I do?

Hello, @teel002

Have you tried to purge the cache if you have the CDN option enabled on your Space? Also in the CORS Configurations make sure you have the GET method allowed as well.

If this is not working I will recommend you to contact our support team and they will assist you with the issue.

Hope that helps!
