Hello ,
Whats the difference in the nginx configuration files between 127.0.0.1 and 0.0.0.0 Is there a way to check my ghost /nginx settings, i think a nginx proxy configuration is only needed when you run more then one node instance in one dropplet, correct ?
Thanks

127.0.0.1 is the “localhost” It is only available from within your server while 0.0.0.0 binds to the public interface. Generally a proxy is used to serve Ghost via Nginx. By default Ghost is only available locally.
Here is the Nginx configuration used by the DigitalOcean Ghost one-click app for reference:
server {
listen 80 default_server;
listen [::]:80 default_server ipv6only=on;
server_name my-ghost-blog.com; # Replace with your domain
root /usr/share/nginx/html;
index index.html index.htm;
client_max_body_size 10G;
location / {
proxy_pass http://localhost:2368;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
proxy_set_header Host $http_host;
proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Proto $scheme;
proxy_buffering off;
}
}
