Hi, I have 200$ on my DigitalOcean account from Github Student Developer Pack, and it’s expiring within 1 year. I added Google Pay to my account. When I will buy droplet, would it charge my card from Google Pay, or it will charge the 200$ from my account? Also if the 200$ will expire it will charge my debit card? If yes, how to prevent it?

If you have any credit associated to your account it will be used as a priority when a payment is needed. Only after all the credit has been used or it has expired, new payments will be done with the other payment method provided.
As for preventing payment of your Credit card, as you know when the credit will expire, you can remove the Credit Card from your account once it does.
