Yes, Gridsome is supported! All Node.js frameworks/apps can be deployed to App Platform - not only the ones listed in the product docs.
You can deploy it as a Static Site app. In package.json, set the build script to gridsome build. When creating the app, make sure the Build Command is set to either yarn build or npm run build.
