Haven't received a root password

Getting Started

It’s been a while since I started up my first Droplet. I did not select the SSL option, but have never received a root password via e-mail. I reset the password after waiting a while, but still nothing. Before you ask, yes I am checking my spam folders.

Please open a ticket with our support team. They can check on the email and see if it is being bounced or some other issue is being encountered and help you get it resolved.
