Why can’t I login to my account? when digital ocean has deducted money from my visa.

Are you getting a failed login attempt message or you’re experiencing a different problem during login?

We automatically invoice and charge your account’s primary payment method on the first day of each month for the previous month’s usage, or partway through the month if you exceed your account’s usage threshold.
