Did you follow an article on installing Wordpress or use the one-click wordpress image?
When I created a drop, I chose:
1) create "Droplet Hostname"
2) choose "Select Size"
3) choose "Select Region"
4.1) choose Ubuntu 12.04 x32
4.2) Applications => select Wordpress on Ubuntu 12.10
5) "Enable VirtIO " with tick
6) Create Droplet

After all this, I added a domain to the droplet.

After that created a wordpress account and successfully went to the site.

Now I need to go to phpmyadmin.

what am i doing wrong?
Login to your VPS console and enter the following command:
sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin
Then follow the instructions on screen. :)
