Help. I can't access my account because the verification code isn't being delivered

I’ve logged a support ticket, but my client is getting more annoyed as the site is down and the droplet needs rebooting, but i have no access. Am i stuck, what else can i do? I don’t know what email.address the verification is being sent to.

Argh! I’ve just realised why - my account is suspended - I desperately need to get in contact to put a new card on the account. Is there any way to do this other than email support? Why can’t I log in to update the billing information then?
