Hello, I need help with Digital Ocean Key Management and AWS KMS.
Question 1. I do not understand if there is a Key Management Service in digital ocean. I have seen Userify but have found that it only does ssh keys.
Question 2. I wanted to ask if there is a way to connect aws kms with Digital Ocean

Indeed you are right, the Key management is meant for storing your SSH keys which you could then add to newly created Droplets.

I don’t think that there is direct integration with DigitalOcean and AWS KMS, but you could use a free open-source alternative like the [HashiCorp Vault] (https://www.vaultproject.io/) for example.
