It seems Google has detected your website as potentially dangerous. This behavior is usually experienced when your website is or has been recently hacked.
One other thing is you need an SSL for your website. If you don’t have an SSL, you’ll need to install one. DigitalOcean has a really good article on how you can do so. You can check it here : https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-secure-nginx-with-let-s-encrypt-on-ubuntu-18-04
As for the first, if after installing the SSL, you can check that with Google and see what are they picking up as dangerous.
