Hello there,

It seems like you’re using Mailchimp’s API which is logging the error for you. I’ll recommend reaching to their official docs for more information:

https://mailchimp.com/developer/marketing/docs/errors/

If you ever run into another Apache error then you can check our article on How To Troubleshoot Common Apache Errors

Hope that this helps!

Hi,

Well it seems a server error. Client side error. Check with your server if its working properly. The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the website’s server, but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.

You can visit this page for more details on how to fix it. https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938
