Need to override the previous addition of domain as I am owner of domain and want to host it from from digital ocean account.

You will need to have the domain removed from the other account by the person who owns the domain.
Additionally you could speak with DigitalOcean support and put in a removal request. You may need to prove owner ship of the domain before they proceed.
