I have a droplet installed Letsencrypt SSL certificate for a domain name (www.xxx.com). For some reason, I have created a new droplet with a snapshot of the original droplet. Let’s say the new domain name is www.yyy.com.

Hi @axiom88guru,
You can try to re-issue the let’s encrypt using CertBot, it should pick up the new domain name and install the certificate for it.
As for the certificate for your old domain, you can just remove it from removing the SSL files on the new droplet. These actions should not actually harm your original domain on the original droplet.
