How do I create a sub account for my outsourcers to access my main digital ocean account?

In the top right select your avatar and then “create team” once this is created you can invite team members. From there they have CRUD control of your resources within that team account.
If you’re looking to only allow on-server control then you will need to setup the infrastructure on your own and provide access accordingly to said server.
You should remember you give them CRUD control and add only trusted users into there
