The account for the community is the same account for your DigitalOcean products, so you can follow the steps here to complete the process:

Although I must say if you’ve cancelled your products you can still keep your account active in case you need to ask a question here or of course help a community member with an issue.

I don’t think there is an option to deactivate only your community account. You can deactivate your whole account along with the Projects and so on:

Having said that, if you contact DigitalOcean support, they should be able to assist with the deactivation of the community account for you.
