On my Droplet I have two nodes:
/usr/local/bin/node (v 0.10.36) /usr/bin/nodejs (v 0.10.40)
How do I know which one Meteor is using?

Meteor uses its own Nodejs executable that is bundled with it. You can find its path by installing the mnode package and running it:
(sudo) npm install -g mnode
mnode
Just run
meteor node --version
in the command line, it will show the node version meteor is running even if you have another version of node installed on your system.
