I am having issues on to try and do this and need this to find a file that i have accidentally deleted and i cannot restore the backup as its from the last 9 days ago.

Hi there,
What you could do is create a new Droplet from a backup where you had the .zip file still present on the system.
Then you could use SFTP to download the file from the newly restored Droplet.
Once have the file, then you could go ahead and delete the new Droplet if you no longer needed it.
