I desperately need to increase the number of droplets available to me and I’m getting no response to my tickets. This is going to be a regular occurrence as I go forward as I need to have each of my customers have a separate instance. How can I find out the status of my request?

First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the delay! I’ve gone ahead and increased your Droplet limit, effective immediately, and will be following up with you directly via the ticket noted above.

I am not able to add in droplets or copy from backups or snapshots, how can I get this fixed for me?
