Take a look a https://rtcamp.com/easyengine/ . The 'easyengine is primarily for setting up WordPress sites but it also configures Nginx, MySQL, PHP-FPM and Postfix. Best of all it automatically configures caching using PHP’s Fastcgi Cache Module. <br>If you start with one of its configurations you easily modify it to run other PHP setups. Also the website has lots of tutorial on configuring Nginx and PHP-FPM
