I registered a new account, i click the pay with paypal twice that is why they charged me twice, how do this get it back to my account?

As @jasonjpeters said, open a ticket with our team and let them know of the duplicate payment. While we cannot usually process partial refunds we can reverse a mistaken paypal payment in full.
You will need to submit a ticket via support for this.
