Hi,

I was having issues with my Ghost blog and I would like to replicate the environment on my droplet. Does the 1-click install run a Docker container? If so, can I get access to that? I know it comes with MySQL, Nginx, nodejs, and the ghost-cli preinstalled and preconfigured in a certain way, which is why I’m asking.

I would like to run this on my local machine and try to reproduce some issues with my blog to ultimately debug them on here, where it’s easier to do so.

Thanks,

Sam

The 1-click install does not run a Docker container.

I recommend following the manual install instructions provided by Ghost for local dev or tracking down a blog post / tutorial tailored to your preferences. Once you have Ghost running in your dev environment you can export the mysql database from the Droplet and copy down the content directory to your dev environment to finish the setup.

Hi, all the info on the 1-click can be found here on the DO Marketplace:

But yes MySQL 5.7.3 is the version - good luck!
