Hi there,
Because Kubernetes is a managed service manual, I can’t access the master or Kube-controller-manager Components to make configuration changes or updates to the under Kubernetes nodes or Kube-scheduler for balance to maintain a level of supportability and stability for our Kubernetes service. The master API-server is currently not configurable in this way. How can initial role master for any node on Digitalocean However

Hello,
With a Managed Kubernetes Cluster, the control plane configuration is managed by DigitalOcean. You cannot modify the control plane files, feature gates, or admission controllers.
For more information check out the Managed Elements of DigitalOcean Kubernetes:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/kubernetes/
If you want to have full control over your cluster, you could install Kubernetes as per this tutorial here:
That way the cluster will be unmanaged and you will have full control over all components.
Best, Bobby
