I have a reverse proxy set up on my server with nginx and apache if that makes a xifference. Basically, I cant access my website by data. Wifi works fine, but as soon as I turn wifi off and try using data, it gives me connection issues. These issues happen on both Chrom and Firefox.

Hey friend,
To me this sounds like a case of DNS propagation. When you switch between wifi and cellular data, you most likely switch DNS resolvers. Did you very recently change the DNS for your domain? What happens if you access by direct IP instead?
