I installed Wordpress with the One time password route as I am not technically savvy to go through the SSH route, I am having issues with a plugin on Wordpress and I was directed to make some changes to my PHP memory limit amongst others. Kindly assist a Noob with no technical chops.

In this case, I could suggest using SFTP with FileZilla for example in order to connect to your server and make changes to your files or upload new files.
