How do I assign a credit card to a specific droplet?

I want to know if it’s possible to assign a credit-card (say, belonging to a client) to a specific droplet) or is a separate cloud account required?

There doesn’t seem to be a way that I can find. According the the FAQ, they just bill the most recently added card.

I suppose you could transfer the client’s portion in via PayPal so that comes out first and then the balance goes on your card.

How am I charged if I have both PayPal and a credit card on file? At the end of the month, if there is a balance on your account, our billing system will attempt to charge any credit cards that you have on file on the 1st of the month.
