How do I change my account email when I no longer receive emails at the old one?

I recently changed my email address and I can no longer receive emails at my old email address that I used to set up my droplet. What do I need to do since I can’t receive the email to confirm that I want to change my account email?

If you have completely lost all access to your old email address and are still logged in, please file a support ticket so we can sort it out.
