After subscribing to DigitalOcean, I found better offers from competitors. I want to completely opt out of membership with DigitalOcean and ensure that my credit card will be charged no further. How may I ascertain this?

To fully deactivate your account you will need to:
1.) Delete any droplets running on your account. 2.) Ensure that any balance due has been resolved. 3.) In the settings section of the control panel you will see an option to disable your account. When you click on this the option will be provided to purge your user data. This will remove all information from your account.
