I believe that one of the most straight forward ways would be to use a tool like DBeaver, it comes with built-in functionality that would allow you to select the format that you would like to export your data to.
I’ve been using DBeaver on daily basis and it is quite reliable, it supports different types of SQL servers like MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite and Oracle.
